Membership
The Dornick Hills Golf & Country Club By-Laws state that:
"Regular members shall be stockholders and shall consist of only such persons as shall have been elected by a majority vote of the Board of Directors…"
We have several different types of memberships to suit a need for everyone, whether you play golf or would just like the exclusiveness and privacy that we offer in our clubhouse, Pro-Shop, Patio, swimming pool or tennis court.
All memberships include dining privileges, use of the swimming pool and lighted tennis courts, and preferential pricing for business or social events at the Clubhouse.
Stock: As a Stock member, you will have full access to all amenities of the Club, and will also be entitled to one vote at all membership meetings.
Non-Resident: Non-Resident members shall be such persons who actually reside beyond 30 miles measured by the shortest distance on a state or national highway from the entrance to the property.
Junior: Junior members shall be such persons between the age of 21 and 35 years, such membership shall automatically terminate when such junior member obtains his thirty-fifth birthday.
Social: Social members shall have all privileges accorded to regular members, except that social members shall not have the right to use the golf facilities owned by the corporation, and shall not have the privilege of extending to guests any privilege not granted the social member.
There is a required food minimum, amount varies depending on membership catergory, which is billed quarterly (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec). If the food minimum is not met within the three month time period, your account will be billed for the remainder of the unused minimum.
We also provide Yearly Bag Storage which is billed yearly in March.
You can also join our Range Program, also billed yearly in October. (If you choose not to join our Range Program you will be billed $3.00 per bucket of balls).
All applications must be submitted with the initiation fee, which will not be deposited until after approval of the application. The approval will take place at the monthly Board meeting which is held on the third Tuesday of each month. Once the application has been approved you will receive a welcome packet in the mail within one week, along with your membership cards and a copy of the bylaws.
